These terms govern your use of our website (www.shop-kecci.com) and any purchases made through it. Throughout the site when we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we’re talking about Keççi — and when we say “you,” we mean anyone visiting or shopping with us.

We may also limit or block orders that appear to come from resellers, bots, or distributors. We’re a small brand, and we want to keep things personal.

We do our best to provide a smooth, secure experience — but we can’t guarantee everything will always work perfectly. Keççi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from using this site or our products, including (but not limited to) service interruptions, loss of data, or third-party issues — even if we’ve been advised something might go wrong.
This site and everything on it is offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
In rare cases, events beyond our control — like natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, or shipping delays — may interfere with site operations or order fulfillment. Life happens. While we’ll do our best to manage these situations, we’re not liable for delays or issues caused by such circumstances.
If we are found liable for any reason, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site if we believe these Terms have been violated. If that happens, you’ll still be responsible for any charges or obligations incurred before the termination date.

Keççi is a brand of Skyeloom LLC (d/b/a Keççi). References to “Keççi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Skyeloom LLC doing business as Keççi.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms — along with any other policies posted on this site — make up the full agreement between you and Keççi. They replace any previous conversations, emails, or understandings between us.
If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms, that doesn’t mean we’ve waived our right to enforce it later. And if anything here seems unclear, it won’t be held against the side that wrote it.
