Do you ever run sales or discounts?
We don’t run constant sales — and we don’t inflate prices just to mark them down later. Unlike much of the industry, we price things honestly from the start. No games, no fake countdown timers — just well-made pieces, built to last and be loved.
From time to time, we might offer something special to celebrate a launch, a season, or you. But most of the time, what you see is what it truly costs to make something good. No need to wait for a blowout sale — it’s already a fair deal (we promise).

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you find your best fit. You can order your usual size across all our boxer briefs. However, please note that all boxer briefs except Classic and Hue product lines follow European sizing standards, which typically run one size smaller than U.S. sizes.
To ensure the right fit, for these European-sized boxer briefs, we ship you one size larger than the size you select. For example, if you order a Medium, you’ll receive a European Large, which corresponds roughly to a U.S. Medium. Please check the size guide carefully and reach out if you have questions.
I received the wrong size. What should I do?
Because many of our boxer briefs follow European sizing standards (except Classic and Hue product lines), the size you receive may differ from typical U.S. sizes. For these products, we ship one size larger than the size you select to ensure a proper fit.

Can I return underwear if it doesn’t fit?
We offer a one-time fit exchange on your first pair from each of our two product lines — even if it's been worn. Just try one pair (not the whole pack) and reach out within 30 days.

Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship only to the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We're a small team, but we hope to expand as we grow.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once they’re out the door, delivery takes about 3–7 business days depending on your location and delivery option selected. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships.
Where are you shipping from?
All orders are currently shipped from New York State.
Where are your products made?
We’re currently sourcing from Turkey — a country known for its deep textile tradition and expert, family-run factories.
Do you sell in stores?
Not at the moment. We’re focused on building a thoughtful online experience first — but we’d love to someday.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered a day early. Please check around your building, mailbox, or with neighbors first.
If it still hasn’t shown up within 48 hours, reach out and we’ll look into it.
I entered the wrong address. Can I update my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.
How can I contact customer service?
You can always reach us here. We aim to reply within 48 hours, Monday–Friday.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry about that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery — and if possible, include a photo. It helps us get things sorted quickly.
