Refund policy

We want you to feel good in what you wear — truly. If something doesn’t fit or feel quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Underwear & Socks

Due to the intimate nature of these items, all sales are final. We make two exceptions:

1) First Pair Fit Guarantee (Exchange Only)

If it’s your first time trying a pair from one of our underwear lines and the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll do a one-time exchange — even if that one pair has been worn (within reason).

Product lines:

  • Men's Boxer Briefs Line 1 — Relaxed Fit: Classic Boxer Brief, Hue Boxer Brief
  • Men's Boxer Briefs Line 2 — Standard Fit: Cabin Boxer Brief, Charm Boxer Brief, Couture Boxer Brief, Craft Boxer Brief, Craft Modal Boxer Brief, Dawn Boxer Brief, Dusk Boxer Brief, Sheen Boxer Brief — including multi-packs
  • Women’s Hipsters: Craft Hipsters

How it works with multi-packs: Please try one pair to test the fit. Keep the remaining pairs unworn and unopened. Packs with more than one pair worn are not eligible for the fit guarantee.

Limits: One worn-pair exchange per product line, per customer, on your first purchase from that line.

Timing: Request within 30 days of delivery.

Cost: No return fee and no shipping charge for the fit exchange. We’ll email you a prepaid label or QR code (continental U.S. only) and ship the replacement at no cost.

Note: This guarantee is exchange only (no refunds).

2) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not quite what you ordered, we’ll fix it fast.

Timing: Tell us within 7 days of delivery and share a photo showing the damage.

Cost: We cover everything — no fees, no shipping cost. In many cases we’ll send a replacement without requiring a return; if we do need the item back, we’ll provide a prepaid label or QR code (continental U.S. only).


Final Sale

All other underwear and all socks are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange beyond the two exceptions above.

  • Order number
  • Item(s) in question
  • Whether it’s a Fit Guarantee exchange or a Damaged/Incorrect issue

Once approved, we’ll email your prepaid label or QR code. Please ship within 7 days of receiving the label.


Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Don’t worry — any changes won’t apply retroactively. The version in effect when you placed your order is the one that counts. This policy was last updated on Nov 10, 2025.
